What is concierge primary care?

Concierge primary care is a membership model in which patients pay a monthly fee to their practice in exchange for longer appointments, direct physician access, and same-day availability. Northeast Concierge Medicine uses a hybrid model: we bill your health insurance for the visit as any practice would, and the separate monthly membership fee pays for the time and access that insurance no longer covers.

Where is Northeast Concierge Medicine located?

Northeast Concierge Medicine is at 24 South Main Street in Putnam, Connecticut, and serves adults across northeast Connecticut, eastern Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We bill commercial insurance and Medicare for office visits, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare PPO, Harvard Pilgrim, Traditional Medicare, and select Medicare Advantage plans. The membership fee is separate from your insurance coverage.
