Suzanne Reardon, FNP

Suzanne Reardon is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Northeast Concierge Medicine, and the practice’s fourth clinical provider. She spent twenty years at Windham Hospital, much of it in the emergency department, before joining us — first as a registered nurse in February 2026, then as a nurse practitioner in August.

About Suzanne

Sue came to this practice from twenty years at Windham Hospital, a good share of it in the emergency department. Emergency nursing teaches a specific skill that matters enormously in primary care: knowing quickly which problem in front of you is the dangerous one.

She spent her most recent stretch in care management with Trinity Health of New England — the work of tracking patients across appointments, discharges, and medication changes so nothing gets dropped between them. That is a large part of what a concierge practice does all day, and she arrived already fluent in it.

“What I love most about what I do is the patient interaction, so I’m thrilled to be part of a practice that puts such a strong focus on providing truly personalized care, and treating people like family,” she says.

She joined us as a registered nurse in February 2026 and completed her nurse practitioner training, becoming our fourth clinical provider in August. She lives in Windham.

FAQ

What does a nurse practitioner do?

At Northeast Concierge Medicine, Suzanne Reardon, FNP, works alongside the physicians as a fourth clinical provider — handling same-day sick visits, chronic condition follow-up, care coordination, and post-hospitalization medication review. Patients keep their own physician; the nurse practitioner adds capacity and access rather than replacing that relationship.

Will I see only a nurse practitioner?

No. Every patient at Northeast Concierge Medicine is assigned to a physician. Sue may see you for a same-day sick visit or a follow-up when that gets you care faster, and she works directly with your physician on your care.
